Costa Tropical, La Mamola, Spain 2 Houses For Sale on 1260 sq mtrs of Terraced Mountain land with Spectacular Sea and Mountain views

The position of the Houses & land for sale and the closenness to the beaches below and the village of La Mamola would make this ideal land for development in the future. The village of La Mamola now has no room to expand unless it incorporates the mountains behind or at the side of the village. The houses sit up the mountain overlooking the Mediterranean sea and the coastal resort of La Mamola. The road up is concrete and steep but is only 1-2 minutes up from the beach. Parking is below the smaller house to the left and its walking access up to the houses. Not a problem if you are fit and healthy. The land at the bottom could be looked at to provide a small road and parking.The street has lighting right up to the Tower which sits on the top of the next mountain. The Tower also has lights at night. The land is terraced all the way down to the road so it is not ever possible for buildings to be constructed in front of the houses to spoil the clear views. The land has lots of different plants on it. It also has Fig Trees, Olive Trees, pomegranate trees, lemon tree, avocado trees, yellow plum tree, black plum tree, sharron fruit trees, apricot tree, almond trees and grape vines. There is room to build a swimming pool or 2 if wanted.

This is an ideal place for those looking for a tranquil setting surrounded by mountains and south facing. Spectacular views of the sea and coast. 1 neighbour who is not resident so only spends a few weeks a year here. At the same time La Mamola is just down the mountain with all its amenities including supermarkets, general stores, chemist, doctors surgery, post office, fishmongers, tobacconist, bank with cash point, bakers, hardware store & bars, restaurants & beaches. The situation is just above the main N/340 road and the new motorway is in progress way up behind the mountain so not in view. The new motorway will take away any heavy traffic and once it is finished this land which is rustic at the moment could become urbana land for more houses to be built if wanted.

If I was younger I would not want to leave here!!
